

Cancelations / Pick Up
I totally understand emergencies happen, and that is absolutely no problem! Don't sweat! If you had an emergency, what's down below doesn't apply to you. I understand the human experience of chaos, and some things are just out of our control.

I have a 10 minute grace period if you are late to your appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late I will not be able to take your dog. It would set me behind for the rest of the day and flow into other customers time slots.
For cancelations I require a 24 hour notice so that I have time to try and fill your slot. If you cancel same day or no-show there will be a $20.00 fee tacked onto your next groom.
If you no show three times within a 12 month period, I will discontinue booking you appointments. When you don't show up I don't have enough time to replace your pet in my queue, and I do not get paid.

​I try to give everyone a 15-30 minute heads up before their pet is finished. If you don't come within an hour of their completion time there is a $15.00 charge for every half an hour you are late to pick up. If you are working or have something going on, please feel free to talk to me ahead of time to see if your pet can stay longer. In most cases they usually can, as long as they're not booked as the last appointment of the day.
